My Approach

When working with individuals, couples, kids or the whole family I use a collaborative approach to come to healing and wellness. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.

What you might want to know:

In our first session we will go over the concerns bringing you into counseling, then discuss your strengths and supports. We will then set goals to work toward during our time together. Most appointments will last approximately 55 minutes, but this first appointment we may choose to extend our time to 90 minutes if you desire. 

In the sessions that follow, I will offer strategies to obtain your goals, explore patterns and relationships that are causing pain and hardship and collaboratively, we will work together to help you feel empowered and able to move past the hurt.
